Microsoft To Acquire LinkedIn For $26.2 Billion

One of the biggest deal in Microsoft's History as it's set to acquire LinkedIn for $26.2 Billion, Microsoft Corp and LinkedIn Corporation announced they have entered into an agreement that Microsoft will acquire LinkedIn for $196 Per Share in all cash transaction valued at $26.2 Billlion.

Although LinkedIn will retain its brand, culture and indepence and also Jeff Weiner will remain the CEO of LinkedIn reporting to Satya Nadella CEO of Microsoft. The Chairman of the board Reid Hoffman, Co-founder and controlling share holder of LinkedIn and Weiner has fully support this transaction.

The CEO of Microsoft Satya Nadella said:

The Chairman of the board Reid Hoffman, Co-founder and controlling share holder of LinkedIn Said:
