Court Orders Woman To Unlock Her iPhone With Touch ID

We have heard so many news about the court ordering  to unlock their devices, from Unlocking iPhone and iPod in Arkanas Case and so on, But now court orders woman to unlock her iPhone with Touch ID In Los Angeles, which the FBI was granted Search Warrant to do so by The U.S. Magistrate Judge Alicia Rosenberg signed.

The woman Paytsar Bkhchadzhyan was arrested due to charges of Identity Theft,  The iPhone to unlock was her own but was previously seized from her Boyfriend's house by authorities, Her Boyfriend named Sevak Mesrobian is said to be an Armenian Gang Member, a local gang and searching the iPhone was part of the ongoing probe.

Some People Said It's a violation to the Fifth Amendment's protection against self-incrimination. The Fifth Amendment means that a person can't be forced to supply a passcode, Although it's unclear with what they might do with the iPhone.

So many Stories about the FBI and Apple to unlock iOS Devices for them which FBI later withdrew its lawsuit after finding a way into getting the iPhone of the San Bernardino shooter on their own. FBI only knows the Technique in which they used to hack into iOS Devices which Apple said they would figure out but it may not Apply to Touch ID Devices which is said to have Secure Enclave which is making the encryption almost impossible to unlock.
